Wide World of Sports Area Resorts Dining
Two resorts make up the Wide World of Sports area – Disney’s Pop Century and Art of Animation resorts. The two value level resorts both have large food courts, pool bars, and a shared pizza delivery service. Guests looking for a full service restaurant or indoor lounge/bar will have to go elsewhere, however.
The food choices at each of the resorts range from standard fare including burgers and pizza, to more exotic choices like Mongolian Grill Fish and Chicken Penne Alfredo. The shared pizza delivery service, which is available every evening, gives those looking to spend some time relaxing in their room a dining option.
Both resorts feature food courts with different stations, and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food courts both accept the Disney Dining Plan as a Quick Service meal, and many of the dessert items qualify as a Snack Credit.
For most visitors to Walt Disney World, a stop at the dining locations at these resorts will only be on the itinerary if you are staying there. If you are interested in visiting the resorts for a meal, you can catch a bus at any of the parks or Downtown Disney. You can also drive yourself, and just let the guard at the entrance to the resort know you are there to dine and check out the resort.
